Rules for the LakeSide Games Forums
This forum is managed by LakeSide Games, Inc. The staff may bring the hammer down on anyone they feel is detracting from this forum, or from any individual's use and enjoyment of this forum, for any reason whatsoever. The following rules are intended as guidelines, but the spirit of these rules matters more than the rules themselves, and the spirit of these rules is simple: Don't Be a Jerk.
Rule 1: Be a good citizen. Don't troll, sabotage, threadnap, or otherwise ruin actual discussions.
Rule 2: Don't attacks others. Opinions, debates, and passion are fine. Once you start name-calling, whether it's individuals, groups, or whatever, you've crossed the line, and the hammer will be headed your way.
Rule 3: It should go without mention, but we'll mention it anyway: racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory posts won't be tolerated.
Rule 4: Your posts should contribute to discussion. Try to post in the right forum. Don't post on the current banned topics. Don't create empty posts (links without comment, “+1” etc.). Don't reply to or discuss moderation in-thread: take it to an Administrator.
Rule 5: Don't post anything illegal under U.S. law, or encourage others to break U.S. laws or the laws of their country of residence.
Rule 6: Don't post or link to pornography or any form of inappropriate explicit sexual content.
Rule 7: Respect the privacy of your fellow gamers. Don't post emails or private messages without explicit written permission of all those involved. Don't use any posts or part of posts from these forums for commercial purposes without the express permission of each person involved.
Rule 8: Don't share your account with anyone. You are responsible for all posts made by your account. Don't impersonate other users, past or present.
Rule 9: Don't ask for professional advice, emergency crisis counseling, or financial donations of any kind.
Rule 10: If you have an issue, email us at info@lsgrpg.com and please put "Forum Administration" in the subject line.
