Rough guideline: considering the jump in scale between ranks, only characters with ranks that are within 1 or 2 dice can really work together. If Hulk can't open a door, my assistance probably won't mean much. Frankly, nor will Beast's. In any event, the character with the highest ranked trait makes a normal roll and I would give him a +1d bonus for every helper whose trait rank is within 1d of the main character's trait rank, up to a max bonus of maybe +3d.

Obviously, the exact definition of an "area" is: the amount of physical space represented in one large (and possibly full page) comic book panel.
Okay, seriously, it was intentionally left vague and is intended to be used exactly as Nestor describes.

Either way works. This is supers. If you want +24d hearing, more power to you.

I would do exactly as you say, Drayven, using whatever trait applies to the robot's defense against damage as its defense (probably Armor).

Okay, I am back after a hiatus with REAL LIFE and also Gencon Prep. So far, there is room in both games, so please feel free to come on by. We will see if we can make room, no matter what!

Hi. Nope! At least, that's not the intent. Won't break the game if you feel like running it that way, though.

Obviously, the hero was Paragon, seen on the cover of the P&P rules (the guy on the right). His friend, the vigilante Prowler, has not been seen since Paragon was killed. Some say he is in mourning. Others say he's lost his mind, and trying to use his scientific genius to bring his friend back to life. But that's pure speculation ...

Glad you enjoyed!
1. There is no limit. Note however that the penalty applies to all attacks. Thus if you intend to make 3 attacks, all suffer a-4d penalty. The cumulative part comes in if you use the same trait to perform those attacks.
2. Long and short: a group of minions is considered one character. And you cannot use multiple actions to attack any character more than once. Thus as per RAW that doesn't work. Now, RAW aside -- and who cares about RAW, it's your game -- from a purely gut check perspective, you can't make multiple attacks on minions because the very fact that you can take out multiple minions per attack means that the rules already assume that heroes are unleashing multiple attacks on them. Multiple attacks are assumptively built into the minion rules. Allowing multiple actions on top of that kind of goes too far. At least, that's my two cents.
