It has been very quiet here, but that's because Len has been working hard creating P&P Ultimate Edition. Along the way, he's teamed up with Sean Patrick Fannon of Evil Beagle Games and a damn good game designer (he's the man behind Savage Rifts, for instance).
Bottom line is that Len is now part of the Evil Beagle team, and P&P UE will be arriving on Kickstarter later this year under their banner.
So don't despair, the game is still alive and kicking, and soon to be even more awesome! :-)

FMJ follows Raptor, not saying a word.
Once there's enough assurance of privacy, he gets right to the point.
"I'm pretty sure Ms. Gibson is a Gorush. But she's acting like she's oblivious to the fact. I'm not sure of the score. Is she that good an actress? Is she a sleeper agent? A refugee or defector?"
He grimaces. "I want to find out the truth, especially in how this relates to Red Dragon, but I'm afraid as soon as I let the cat out of the bag, Glow-Stick-Up-His-Ass will show up and use her as his next biology experiment, regardless of whether she deserves it or not. Never mind the fact they'll probably know the truth the moment they do a medical test.
"This may end up as a total cluster f**k, and I thought it fair to let you know in case you want to stay out of it."

** Sorry for the delays in responding; I'm getting ready for Gen Con and it's taking up a bit of my time. Speaking of which, I may be less available next week. :-) **
FMJ is torn between the instinctive desire to help the young girl and the realization of what she is. Somewhat stiffly, he tires to assure her, "I need you to calm down now, Miss. I'm going to make arrangements to find somewhere more comfortable for us to talk. In the meantime, you need to wait here and relax until we're back."
He moves outside to confer with the guard. "Stay here and make sure she doesn't come out or no one else comes in, understand?"
He signals his teammate over and speaks even more softly. "Raptor, we need to talk. Privately. Do you know a place we can... pop over for a quick conference?"

** How truthful does she sound? I'd ask for a Perception roll, but I'm still not sure how we're handling that in this form. **

** Okay, I'll repeat my earlier comment. Please do not post our character's reactions or thoughts. That's for us to do. It's all right to describe the effect that a situation can produce (e.g., "The revelation would cause a man to suffer vertigo from the shock") but don't direct what our characters do or think. **
** I'm working on the assumption that the alien invaders were finally routed and driven away, i.e., there was no peaceful surrender, so that the Gorush are still considered a threat. If that's wrong, please correct me so that I know what the general reaction to them would be. **
FMJ's hand shoots out to intercept Raptor's offered phone. In a voice still calm but now neutral he says, "I know what you are, Miss. What happens next depends on you. No more games. Who are you, why are you here and why did Red Dragon want you?"

FMJ holds up his hand, warning the guard off. In a calm voice, he says, "You need to calm down now, Miss. We're trying to help here, but making a ruckus is not going to do you any good right now."
He gently places a hand on Raptor Star's shoulder, ready to push her out of the way if the young woman attacks. He doesn't let any stress show on his voice as he continues. "If you want to call a friend or family, you're free to do so. But seeing as someone very powerful called Red Dragon tried to kidnap you and obviously didn't care who he hurt in the process, it might not be a good idea to tell them where you are just yet."
He studies her eyes as he speaks to see if there's any reaction to him saying the supervillain's name.

That's a good question. Normally I'd see a robot army handled like a group of minions (i.e., they have only one stat, Threat) so I suppose you'd simply use the Threat ranking as their defense roll.
I could see tweaking the stat to represent to make things more interesting (add 2d to their defense against physical attacks, but subtract 2 against mental attacks, for instance), but that's just a personal flavor.

""I hate to this this on such an exciting point but my wife and I will be traveling next week so my Internet access may be spotty. I'll try to keep up with the flow, but I apologize if I don't respond as quickly as I should be.""

FMJ stands silently for a second after the girl's tirade winds down. There's no visible expression on his face, but his stance is rigid with tension. He lifts a finger without saying a word and steps back out, closing the door.
He stares down the guard and with a violently quiet voice asks the guard, "I'm going to ask you two questions. Who authorized her being handcuffed and do you have the key?"

IIRC, I used both options on a character I submitted to the forum, with Len's approval, so I'd second that interpretation.

In the demos I ran, I did handle it very vaguely. The mooks were spraying the crowd with their SMGs filled with rubber bullets, so I just had the PCs all roll their Defenses, with the narrative effect of civilians dropping to the left and right of them.
Essentially, I interpreted the Pro as allowing you to target multiple opponents at once, with the specific number dependent on circumstances. YMMV.

FMJ chuckles. "If you'd asked me, I would've saved you the trouble. I'll just wear it on my wrist, thanks."
He straps the wrist on and examines it. "Hopefully you have an instruction manual for this thing somewhere," he says with a smile.

The one time that came up during my demos was when the heroes were trying to open a steel door before the self-destruct in the villain's base went off. I let each player participating roll their trait and applied the "damage" as successes towards a fixed total needed to tear through the barrier.
Depending on the circumstances, it might work to just let them add up their successes into a group total and roll against that. If they succeed, the one who rolled highest gets narrative control.
But that's a seat-of-the-pants judgment call. YMMV.

As the two make their way towards the end of the hall and the elevator, FMJ remarks gently, "Don't let him get to you, Star. You did good out there."
He politely stands aside to let Raptor Star enter the elevator first, holding the door open.

Ah! Okay, the instructions were not clear in that regard. Thanks!
