I found the writing on Dazzle to be a bit confusing at first. When I reread it I began to understand it better. I just want to double check that I am following the way that the effect works. Dazzle talks about how it follows the general rule of 1 Page worth of effect for every 2 net successes. So if I beat someone by 4, they take a -2D effect for 1 page, and a -1D in the second page. In addition to this, if the -Dice effect is equal to or great than the Toughness or Willpower (basically Toughness and Willpower) the target is Blinded. The two parts of these effects are not linked to each other, correct? The -Dice and the Blind are both running at the same time and only interact with each other during the comparison of -Dice versus T/W?

Hi, Rune!
You have it correct. The two effects are distinct (although they are of course narratively related to one another). They do, however, both end at the same time, in case that wasn't clear. Thanks!

They end at the same time? So if you have a Willpower 2 individual. Hit them with a Dazzle that will last 2 Pages. That makes them Blind due to only have a 2D T/W. Even after the first Page is finished, they still remain Blind? Thanks for the answer. Been enjoying the book.

Yep, then end at the same time. Round 1: -2d and blind, round 2: -1d and blind, round 3: I can see! I can see! (gets hit with Dazzle again).
So happy that you have been enjoying the book. Thank you.
