Immortal, as described in the books, is really just Immunity (Ageing), rather than true immortality. Here is my take on an actual Immortality power:
Immortality (1D)
Your character cannot actually die in the normal sense. Normally this occurs when reduced to below minus your Health rating, but a character with this pro remains at minus their Health rating, slowly recovering using natural healing (or Regeneration of possessed). They will not be able to take any action until they are restored to above 0 Health. It is possible to trap such a character if they continue to suffer pain, such as being held underwater or in lava. This Perk even allows a character to reattach lost limbs and body parts, unless the Hero's atoms are scattered across the universe.
