So, I understand that technically speaking Gamemaster characters don't need to have Omni-Power, considering that A. Gamemaster characters can have any trait that makes sense for the character to have, and B. Generally speaking this individual idea could more accurately be solved with the Power Mimicry (All Traits) with the Ranged Pro, or something along those lines.
However, I was taking inspiration from the classic characters Amazo and the Super Adaptoid, both androids/robots with the power to mimic the abilities of those they face.
Now, like I said this particular situation is handled better with Power Mimicry than Omni-Power, however what about a character that already had a numerous amount of abilities without needing to mimic them first? In such a case I think that Omni-Power could be a potentially prudent option. This leads me finally to the actual question: Does the Gamemaster need to spend Adversity to activate Omni-Powers use?
On one hand I can see where the answer is yes, considering the power that it could grant a character with that sort of ability.
However, I can also see the answer as being no due to the fact that... Well, they are Gamemaster characters not player characters. Not that Gamemaster should have a giant "I can do anything, at anytime" button, but still.
Now, generally I think I would usually go for the first answer myself given that it sort of represents the more "fair" option in my opinion.
Anyone else have have thoughts on this though?
