I have a player that is trying to make a character with Illusion or Image powers. But he wants the Illusions/Images to be able to deal damage or move objects. The rational being that he has both Illusion and Telekenetic powers. But he would rather not have to take 2 actions every time he wishes to do anything.
How would you do so?

Well if the objects are actually being moved, thats no longer the illusion power. With Illusion, a target will believe you are moving objects and even take "damage" from them while the effect is ongoing, and you could infact take the Area pro to affect many targets. But in reality, nothing is actually being moved. Personally I wouldn't bother with illusion at all, and go for Telekinesis, Images and even Constructs, treating these as sort of physical illusions. They are real enough to effect the actual world, but are clearly created from the imagination of the character.
